NOTICE OF THE MEETING OF BLETCHINGLEY PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON MONDAY 8th MARCH 2010 AT 7.30 PM IN THE COMMITTEE ROOMS OF BLETCHINGLEY VILLAGE HALL

1.     APOLOGIES AND REASON FOR ABSENCE (LGA 1972 s85)

2.     DECLARATION OF INTEREST To receive any disclosure by members of personal interests in matters on the agenda, the nature of any interests, and whether the member regards the interest to be prejudicial under the terms of the Code of Conduct.  Members are reminded of the need to repeat their declaration immediately prior to the commencement of the item in question.

3.     MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING held on 8th February 2010 and the Planning Committee meeting held on 22nd February 2010 to be agreed and signed as a true record.  (LGA 1972 Sch.12 s41).

8.     BLETCHINGLEY IN BLOOM - update for information.  To approve continued support for the next financial year and agree the amount. (LGA 1972 s144).

9.     HEVERS POND - To discuss comments received back from RH & RW Clutton on the Lease and whether to pursue this action or not.

10.   MATTERS AND ACTION POINTS ARISING FROM MINUTES- see Clerk's report - for updating and noting only.  Any items requiring attention will be on the agenda.

11.   WHITEPOST FIELD - To review documentation and agree next course of action.

12.2.      TA/2010/124 - 96 High Street, Bletchingley - Change of use of ground floor shop (Class A1) to 1 x bed dwelling (Class C3). Listed Building Consent.  (SF)

12.3.      TA/2010/154 - Land at 61 - 63 High Street, Bletchingley - Erection of detached dwelling with associated access and parking.  (CH)

12.4.      TA/2010/167 - The Hawthorns, Pendell Road, Bletchingley RH1 4QJ - Erection of temporary classroom accommodation (three blocks), contractors; compound and formation of access - all for temporary period of 2 years.  (CH)

12.5.      TA/2010/147/TCA - Land at Stychens Close, Bletchingley - Fell 1 Prunus.  (AD)

12.6.      TA/2010/132/TCA - Land fronting 64-72 High Street, Bletchingley - cut back branches overhanging building to maintain clearance.  AD)

14.3.      To consider costs for the provision of information boards at the Cemetery, both allotments and the BT Kiosk in Brewer Street and costs involved in the repairs to the BT Kiosk in Brewer Street (LGA 1972 s111)
