Bletchingley Village Hall

Bletchingley Village Halls’ complex is situated in the heart of the historic village of Bletchingley, 5 minutes from M25 junction 6. The Halls can be found just off the High Street to the rear of Lawrence’s Auctioneers and in walking distance from St Mary’s Church.

Bletchingley Village Hall is the larger of the two buildings with a capacity of 196 standing and 150 seated. There is a demountable stage area suitable for stage productions, bands and disco equipment. The building also has two meeting rooms available for separate hire. The Community Centre holds a maximum of 30 seated and 50 standing.

VILLAGE HALL

This complex has undergone major upgrade over the last year and is suitable for Weddings and similar large gatherings (Special packages available for Friday to Sunday hire), Theatre productions, Dinner dances, Fund raising events, regular use for sports activities, dance and fitness groups, dog shows, conferences, lectures and seminars etc.

Facilities include:

• Large main hall with large demountable stage (lighting rig available by special arrangement)
• 2 Side rooms and entrance lobby with toilets
• Disabled access and toilet
• Hearing loop and screen for projection use
• Tables and chairs for 150 guests
• Large fitted kitchen with commercial range cooker, electric urn, fridge and microwave
• China and cutlery for 150 guests
• Serving hatch suitable for bar or food use
• Licensed for entertainment and for the sale of alcohol (Tens available on request)

COMMUNITY CENTRE

This complex is suitable for smaller family events especially children’s parties, small group meeting and charity events.

Facilities include:

• Main hall with lounge area
• Disabled access and toilet
• Lobby area with toilets
• Kitchen with single oven, gas hob, urn and microwave
• China and cutlery for 50 guests
• Serving hatch suitable to bar or food use
• Tables and chairs for 30 guests
