Virtual Annual General Meeting

Due to COVID-19 regulations, we are unable to meet face to face for our Annual Village Meeting.

A summary of our Annual Report is enclosed within the May edition of the Bletchingley Parish Magazine which similar to last year is being hand delivered to all Bletchingley households free of charge. It will also be available electronically via the following link on our Bletchingley Village Website – Annual Report 2020-2021

Copies of our Annual Financial Statement for 2020/2021 are also available from our clerk on request.

While we hope to have a face to face village meeting later in the year, we will be holding a “Virtual drop-in Annual Village meeting” from 6:30pm to 8pm on the 4th of May.

This will allow you to ask the council questions, comment on our report and/or provide feedback or ideas of what you believe the Parish Council should be doing for 2021/2022.

You don’t have to attend the whole time, you are welcome to book a time slot during this period with the clerk (bletchingley.clerk@btinternet.com) who can provide you with the video link to speak to the councillors on a one to one basis.

Alternatively if you are not able to attend in person you can email us your comments, questions or feedback and we will provide a response accordingly.
