Bletchingley Annual Village Meeting and Parish Council Annual Report 2016/2017

Please see attached the 2016/2017 Bletchingley Parish Council Annual report of the council 2016-17

Please come along to our Annual Village Meeting in the Community Centre Monday on 15th May 2017 from 7pm till 8:30pm. This is a public meeting but in an informal setting to allow you an opportunity over a glass of wine to quiz the Parish Council on what we have been up to over the last twelve months.

This is also an ideal time to let us know what you think needs improvement in the village and what our priorities as a Parish Council should be. All ideas are very welcome.

At the event there will also be stalls and information on:

  • Air Quality Monitoring – Come and see the early results of our Air Quality Monitor and an opportunity to have your questions answered by a representative in the field.
  • An update on the progress of Affordable Housing developments in Bletchingley and an opportunity to register should you have a housing need. – Peter Trowbridge (Development Manager (Housing) for TDC)
  • Review the BPC Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2017
  • Our Bletchingley Cemetery records updated digitally and ‘on line’
  • The latest plans for an enhancement to Grange Meadow facilities
  • Examples of Tree Carving for a possible project in the village
  • Neighbourhood Watch – What it is and how to get involved – Di Turner
