Bletchingley In Bloom update:

The Village Litter Picking Team

The Village Litter Picking Team

Last Saturday was Bletchingley’s final opportunity to tidy up the Village in preparation for Judging Day.  Litter pickers were out in force and local residents were joined by members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK, Baitul Futuh Mosque Morden who provided most welcome support. Other groups could be seen

working on the areas around their homes and the ‘In Bloomers’ took it upon themselves to plant flowers in empty planters around the Village.

Judging took place on the 8th of July but the outcome will not be known until the Awards Ceremony in Brighton on the 2nd September.
