Blechingley Conservation & Historical Society

The January meeting of the Blechingley Conservation & Historical Society will be held in the Village Hall on Thursday 12th of Jauary at 8pm. The meeting will be a talk on the history of Crystal Palace from 1851 to 1936 by Philip Emery.

The February meeting will be held on Thursday 9th February at 8pm. Gwyneth Fookes will talk about Windmills and Watermills. There are 70 miles within half an hour’s drive, of which 23 still survive.

Visitors are welcome at any of the meetings for £2 or become a member for £5. Please call our membership secretary, Jenny Clare on 740156.
